Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that align with our mission. You will be the face of byanat, representing our values and vision in the market.

We're seeking someone with experience including

  • 4+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
  • Designing and executing complex deal strategies
  • Supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
  • Leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.)
  • Gathering, distilling, and processing complex market (industry, competitor, customer, prospect) intelligence

Objectives

  • Cultivate and sustain lasting relationships with clients and partners, anticipating their needs and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between senior management and team members to ensure alignment of organisational objectives.
  • Remain informed about byanat's offerings and advancements in the AI, big data, and analytics domains.
  • Drive organisational success while adhering to best practices and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Address client challenges by delivering solutions that exceed expectations and demonstrate the value of byanat's platform.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving, participate in team activities, and contribute to the development of strategies for client retention and acquisition.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as networking and cold calling to expand the client base.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to uncover new opportunities.
  • Keep an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and map stakeholders to ensure comprehensive engagement and relationship management.
  • Navigate long and complex sales cycles with a strategic and patient approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the B2B SaaS analytics or deep technology platforms or in relevant industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling complex and sophisticated platforms in telecom, utilities, or energy sectors.
  • Ability to explain sophisticated platforms and highlight their value in clear and concise communication.
  • Strong Arabic and English language skills in both writing and speaking.
  • Experience managing budgets and financials.
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing internal processes and systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through byanat’s incentive compensation program.
