Role Overview:

As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to different teams within the organization, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate office management activities, such as maintaining office supplies, managing facilities, and liaising with vendors.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing, budget tracking, and expense management.
  • Assist in HR tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
