We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires a highly professional individual who can handle confidential information, manage multiple tasks, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Provide executive-level support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and organize administrative tasks to optimize the CEO's time and focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.
  • Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and documents.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless support and coordination across the organization.
  • Stay current with company activities, industry trends, and strategic initiatives to provide proactive support to the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Mails, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media platforms, and experience with scheduling and communication tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a technology or startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with strong decision-making capability and emotional maturity.
  • Highly resourceful team player, capable of working independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to competing demands.
  • Forward-thinking, actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions to enhance the CEO's effectiveness.
