What we do

We are building a SaaS analytics platform to help utilities, like telecom operators and power companies, to connect, maintain, and scale their infrastructure. We apply big data and analytics on the infrastructure that makes our daily life standards possible in the way we experience it. We work with Angular, Spring, Python, and hyperscale computing. Essentially, our technological stack is made up of the latest and greatest technologies from scalable web applications, big data, and machine learning landscape.

Role Overview:

We are building the next generation of AI capabilities for our platform supporting our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the deep integration of generative AI and machine learning, focusing on our platform use cases.

In this role, you will:

• You will participate in the design, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of backend systems.
• You will lead the development of the AI/ML capabilities that drive our product’s key use cases.
• You will collaborate closely with software engineers, applied scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions into our product.
• You will stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of AI/ML, and ensure that these advancements are properly incorporated into our technology roadmap.
• You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the development of their skills.
• You will participate in cross-functional discussions and strategic decisions related to AI directions and the product roadmap.
• You will help improve engineering quality and operation excellence for the whole team.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 8+ years of industry experience.
• Several years of experience building large-scale backend systems.
• Own problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
• Experience driving technical designs for backend and frontend systems.
• Experience developing large-scale, complex AI systems and taking AI research to production.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and serverless architecture.
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with applied scientists.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
