Build an application to collect and analyse quality of experience data for telecom networks.

Detailed description

Today, platform byanat allows engineers to detect interesting trends in machine-based data and highlight important insights found in data. We would like to bring more solutions to our users to extend the type of qualitative insights for our users. You'll be working with other interns to conduct research, design, and implement a data analytics application for telecom networks.

• Get familiar with platform byanat intended use and the future of connected infrastructure.
• Implement requested application.
• Eventually suggest other possible enhancements.
• Celebrate because our beloved users would then be able to use new kinds of features.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop highly scalable, high-quality APIs, services and maintain database systems.
• Design and develop Android mobile application using Flutter or React.
• Develop data integration standards for structured and unstructured data, build processes and logic to extract, and transform and distribute data from a variety of sources.
• Design efficient and reusable front-end components, build/maintain unit and integration tests to empower quick iteration.
• Work with other engineers to deliver high-quality, complex features.
• Deliver high-quality software and documentation.

Things we'd love to see

• Willing to learn about telecom networks.
• Aspiring to build production data pipelines or data platforms.
• Willing to build apps with React, any CSS framework, client-side cache solutions like React query, and state management solutions like Redux.
• Be passionate about and have a rock-solid understanding of the core Java and JavaScript based languages, HTML5, and CSS. Have experience using type-safe JavaScript based languages, such as TypeScript.
• Have a passion for crafting experiences that users rave about.
• Willing to learn GCP, AWS or other major cloud services.
• Experience in DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes and modern data stack.
• Be fluent in SQL/NoSQL.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced agile startup environment.
• Excellent communication and document writing skills.
• Be customer and data obsessed and take ownership of the details.
• Proactive, self-learning, and self-aware.
• Intellectual curiosity, always asking "how can we improve?".
• A strong desire to build world-class products.
