What we do

We are building a SaaS analytics platform to help utilities, like telecom operators and power companies, to connect, maintain, and scale their infrastructure. We apply big data and analytics on the infrastructure that makes our daily life standards possible in the way we experience it. We work with Angular, Spring, Python, and hyperscale computing. Essentially, our technological stack is made up of the latest and greatest technologies from scalable web applications, big data, and machine learning landscape.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer with expertise in web applications design. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces. Your primary focus will be on designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that meet our clients' requirements and enhance user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, proficiency in design software such as Figma, and knowledge of front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

In addition, great verbal communication and written documentation skills are valuable for this role in promoting ideas throughout the company.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with different stakeholders, and engineering team, to deliver outstanding user experiences and compelling visual designs.
• Translate concepts into user workflow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the development of our product by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping user-testing experiences.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Take a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Ensure projects fulfil business requirements, goals, and delight end-users.
• Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have three or more years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• Have two or more years of experience designing for web applications.
• Have expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Figma, Adobe CC, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Have extensive experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of cross-browser and responsive design.
• Have a solid grasp of user-centred design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Have ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Have ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
• Have ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesising abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Have understanding of composition, layout, grid, typography, colour, and how these elements influence a design.
• Have understanding of design systems.
• Are excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
• Are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
• Are passionate about all UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
